Manage project planning, milestones, and delivery timelines across multiple business and technology teams.
Lead discovery and data collection exercises related to the organisation's technology management and risk environment.
Coordinate internal and third party activities, ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, and governance requirements.
Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and program sponsors to provide clear updates, progress tracking, and risk assessments.
Ensure documentation and program reporting are accurate and meet Technology Risk standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in large-scale technology or transformation initiatives within financial services or enterprise environments
Proven capability in planning and executing structured projects under risk or governance frameworks
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - able to liaise with technical, business, and executive levels
Experience leading data collection, process discovery, or analysis within technology management domains preferred
Solid understanding of enterprise technology functions; familiarity with business management or risk controls desirable
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is advantageous
