Establish the operational framework and systems for both the website and app, creating and enhancing operational management systems and processes over time.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to formulate short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategies for the platform.
Supervise daily operations concerning content development, marketing, event planning, and customer service strategy and implementation on the website.
Monitor and analyze website data and user feedback, continuously fine-tuning and optimizing operational initiatives. Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., Product Team) to enhance user experience.
Support and coordinate media promotion, marketing activities, and brand development efforts.
Effectively engage and network with internal and external resources to improve operational performance metrics.
Job responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in internet product operations, including over 3 years of team management.
Extensive background in internet operations, possessing adept operation planning skills, vast professional knowledge, and a track record of autonomously managing operation projects.
