Investment company - Finance (senior) Officer - 40k

• Corporate accounting
• Daily NAV and performance reporting
• CPA is preferred but not a must

Seeking a versatile candidate for a dynamic, lean team environment. Applicants who are comfortable managing a blend of finance, HR, and office administration responsibilities will be a PLUS.

Financial Duties:

• Manage comprehensive accounting functions, including financial and management reporting.
• Prepare consolidated accounting schedules and financial statements accurately and promptly.
• Daily NAV and performance reporting
• Provide regular reports on cash flow and investment positions for management review, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking institutions.
• Oversee and monitor treasury activities.

Administrative Duties:

• Handle procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
• Deliver full secretarial support to the CEO and team members.
• Organize calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Excel and QuickBooks.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
