Successful candidate will be leading 3 teams under the Finance Department and passionate in advocating positive changes in the business.
Responsibilities:
Manage 3 teams under the finance department: Regulatory Reporting, Financial Accounting and Administration
Support Strategic Planning / Governance Planning Department to plan, allocate and monitor the items under strict control such as Funded Asset, Risk Weighted Asset, Credit Cost, Commitment, etc. and report to the Branch Management as well as Head Office for proper management in Branch as well as in EA division.
Support in planing and coordinating branch-wide expense control on cost efficiency and business expansion
Organize actions to external audit firms from headquarter
Requirements:
Bachelor degree with relevant disciplines
At least 15 years' experience in banking business with solid knowledge in accounting principles, bank's financial statement analysis, operations, systems, security and treasury
Proven track record in team management with strong leadership, coaching and team building skills
Passionate about advocating changes in order to achieve efficiency and maximise the productivity of the business
Proficient in English and Cantonese, good interpersonal and communication skills with different levels of stakeholders
Solid knowledge in overall banking business and regulations
Good analytical and problem solving, decision making, planning and organization skills
Good time management and project management skills
