Responsibilities
- Develop and execute user growth strategies to increase customer loyalty, engagement, and repurchase
- Initiate new ideas and program initiatives to improve user experience
- Liaise with product and design teams to implement overall campaigns
- Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis for new strategies formulation
- Analyze customer behavior data and provide insights to improve customer experience and drive sales performance
- Good understanding of market trend, such as lifestyle, entertainment, dining etc.
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Marketing and Business related disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in strategic growth marketing, digital marketing, CRM and loyalty related field
- Solid experience in e-commerce, digital wallet, O2O or App-based platform will be an advantage
- Proficient in CRM technologies and analytic tools to track campaign performance
- Strong data analysis, project management and communication skills
- Passionate, proactive and data-driven candidate with can-do attitude
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
