Front Office Support VP (Credit and Rates)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high performing team that sit in the trading floor with direct support across asset classes - Rates, Credit, FX, Commodities, Balance Sheet, and eFICC.
• Overlook the team in Hong Kong and China regions; work closely with key senior stakeholders including Front Office Desk Heads, Country Heads, Business Team Heads.
• Reviewing current local & global markets processes, propose improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
• Pro-active in identifying issues and solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above with relevant disciplines
• At least 10-12 years' experience in well-established and reputable banks
• Previous experience in team management with strong leadership skills.
• Capability on change management; to plan, execute and manage any changes required to deliver results
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence senor stakeholders
• Relevant experience in Funding Support services
• Demonstrated understanding of cross products, sales and trading
• Familiar with the whole trade cycle and operations process
• Well aware of the financial market, good understanding on the trend undergo in the past few years
• Excellent communication across English, Cantonese and Mandarin (able to read Chinese is highly preferred)
