Distribution Senior Manager (Private Banking)

Responsibilities:

• Managing relationships with private banks in Hong Kong and distribution activities.
• Build and deepen relationships with private banking partners, including acting as the lead Client Relationship Manager.
• Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, promote investment products and solutions, and share relevant market insights with distribution partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders-including investment, marketing, and product development teams-to support business growth and align on regional and global sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• At least 8 years experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in wholesale distribution with Private Banking clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships independently with a high sense of ownership and a strong service orientation.
• Solid understanding of investment products, distribution channels, and operational processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
