Director, Sustainability

Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in promoting the bank's ESG business, conduct the relevant marketing activities and be in charge of specific sustainable finance transactions. You will have regular liaison with the headquarters to develop new business ideas and plans for the region. This is a successor role for the Head of Department position.

Requirements

• Degree holder in business, finance, environmental science or equivalent
• A minimum of 15 years' banking or consulting experience with at least 6 years' exposure in sustainable/ESG finance in marketing and governance
• Strong exposure, track records and knowledge in sustainability finance, e.g. Green/ Social Loan Principle, Transition Finance and ESG disclosure standards, etc
• Good understanding on ESG market trend and future development
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Candidates will less experience may be considered as Associate Director
