Customer Service Executive, Wholesale business, MNC

About the role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling APAC distributors enquiries, order processing, and maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the first go-to person when the assigned customers have any enquiries
• Generate and maintain sales orders in SAP
• Follow up the order process and ensure the on-time delivery of sales orders
• Support daily CS operation
• Coordinate with internal departments including Logistic, Sales & Operation teams to complete client enquiries

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B customer services or distributor management, preferably from fashion & apparel or consumer goods industries
• Proficiency in SAP and MS office
• Energetic, proactive, detail-minded and self-motivated candidate
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Strong in relationship building, communication and problem solving skills
