Responsibilities
- Exhibit a client-centric approach and the capability to offer high-quality and valuable assistance to clients.
- Show proactive responsiveness to client inquiries (including corporate actions, trade settlement, fund transfers, FX, and tax matters).
- Take full ownership of tasks by collaborating with internal departments to prioritize client requests, deliverables, and resolve issues effectively.
- Support clients in activities such as new market entry, account maintenance, and setting up system access.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of BBH's businesses, products, systems, and internal processes.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of clients' business requirements and contribute to the identification of opportunities for improving the overall client experience and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- 3+ years of experience in client services for corporate/ institutional clients
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Attend to details and willing to work under tight deadlines
