About the role
A long-standing logistics company is hiring a Business Manager for its family office, reporting directly to the Chairman.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the formulation of the overall Company Strategy and Annual Business Plan.
- Attend the Board and Management Meetings, and prepared minutes to the Chairman.
- Prepare the reports, presentations as required.
- Identify the HR risks in the company; assist in planning and implementing the solutions to address the same.
- Lead the process of preparing, reviewing, and finalising the individual targets/KPIs for employees on an annual basis, and monitor the appraisal process.
- Participate in the recruitment process and taking HR interviews.
- Responsible for special projects in the areas of CSR, strategy, HR, etc, and coordinate across business functions and external parties.
- Identify and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in treasury management, preferably in a multinational corporation
- Experience in consulting in a similar industry, assisting in the improvement of business performance in terms of operations, management, structure, and strategy.
- Experience of working in a family office
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
