Associate, Project Manager - COO Office

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects at a local or regional level: overseeing project governance, conducting business analysis, proposing solutions, preparing documentation, and engaging with stakeholders.
• Engage in global projects: collaborating with regional stakeholders to implement solutions in the APAC region, working closely with the head office project team to roll out solutions either regionally or within specific branches.
• Diverse project portfolio: spanning cross-departmental initiatives, strategic ventures, business undertakings, regulatory compliance endeavors, and more.
• Provide internal consulting services to deliver tailored solutions for users, addressing workflow enhancements, system improvements, global connectivity, and more.
• Introduce innovative concepts to streamline bank operations and mitigate risks effectively.

Requirments:

• Bachelor degree holder
• 5+ years of experience in project management in banks
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Dynamic and curious thinkers
• Self-motivated, client oriented, team player
