Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the prompt processing of customer transactions.
Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in nurturing and sustaining positive customer relationships, gathering the necessary information to aid RMs in identifying new business prospects.
Promote the Bank's products and services through cross-selling initiatives, such as increasing deposit amounts and loan spreads.
