Perform tasks associated with customer transactions, such as addressing customer inquiries, overseeing loans, deposits, foreign exchange, customer onboarding, changes in bank registration, and KYC responsibilities.
Coordinate with pertinent departments to ensure prompt processing of customer transactions.
Support Relationship Managers in fostering and sustaining positive customer relationships, gathering necessary information to aid in securing new business ventures.
Promote the Bank's products and services by upselling, aiming to increase deposit and loan amounts, as well as foreign exchange transactions.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of applicable experience in the corporate banking industry is preferred
Understanding of Corporate Banking products and processes
Customer-focused with a strong service orientation and the ability to comprehend and address customer requirements
A collaborative individual with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Skilled in PC usage and MS Office applications
Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Officer position
