Assistant IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead a range of IT infrastructure projects, including network/Wi-Fi upgrades, co-working space setup, and lab facility management
• Manage project activities from requirements gathering to deployment and transition to ongoing support
• Support the organization's future workplace transformation initiatives
• Develop and manage RFQs/RFPs, external vendors, and IT maintenance contracts
• Evaluate new IT solutions and technologies, and assist with POCs and pilots
• Perform other duties as assigned, including standardizing documentation

About you:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferably in an information technology-related field
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering IT infrastructure projects and effectively managing vendors
• Familiarity with on-premises infrastructure, cloud computing, data/voice telecommunications, Wi-Fi, switching, routing, WAN/LAN, unified communications, network architecture and design, network security, and firewalls
• Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, PMP, or other relevant professional certifications
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Cantonese, Mandarin and English is mandatory
