Offer prompt and precise assistance to attorneys, the Legal Support Team, and business service managers for their administrative needs.
Produce high-quality and error-free work while effectively managing deadlines, adapting to changes, and handling various tasks simultaneously.
Ensure timely completion of tasks, proactively adjusting schedules when necessary.
Handle scanning, printing, or copying of necessary documents as requested by colleagues or lawyers within the practice group.
Coordinate urgent mail and courier requests by collaborating with business services and other departments.
Establish and maintain a reliable system for organizing both electronic and hard copy documents.
Provide on-demand support to the practice group or division, including handling mail, phone calls, document revisions, and other administrative tasks.
Assist attorneys and the Legal Support Team promptly with petty cash, currency requests, and expense claims.
Aid in updating client data and relevant databases according to instructions from lawyers or the Legal Support Team in a timely manner (e.g., InterAction).
Job requirements:
Typing speed minimum of 60 wpm.
Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese typing.
Good written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to building effective and trusting relationships with people internally and external to the firm.
Excellent English and Chinese language skills both written and spoken.
