Project Manager (Digital Transformation), Contract

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive Customer Experience (CX) transformation initiatives for the firm's digital platform.
• Manage end-to-end digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring smooth execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including senior management, technology teams, and business units.
• Continuously monitor and optimize digital platform performance to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in digital transformation.
• Proven track record in leading CX transformation projects for digital platforms.
• Experience working with vendors and managing third-party service providers.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, UX/UI principles, and customer journey optimization.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications are a plus.
