We are working with an established firm of accountants and tax advisors who are exceptional driven for ambitious growth over the next 3 years. This is a really exciting time to join the business and manage the sales and marketing function. Overall responsible for a team of 3 and leading from the front by developing sales to ensure the company hits the growth targets.
- Managing the sales, marketing and business development teams
- Monitoring and reporting the lead and lag measures for sales, marketing and business development
- Developing sales, marketing and business development strategies
- Taking overall responsibility for hitting overall firm orders including reporting tot he senior management team and partners
- Work with marketing to develop strategies to improve lead / enquiry generation including coaching and mentoring the team
- Build relationships with intermediaries and 3rd parties
- Create new opportunities / appointments with potential new clients
- Meeting new clients to understand there needs
This is a great opportunity for someone with a proven track record within sales ideally from a similar industry of professional services. Hands on approach and strong commercial acumen.
