In this role, you'll spearhead innovative digital marketing campaigns, harnessing your creativity and analytical skills to expand online presence and engage with the target audience.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital strategy for the business.
- Create tailored, high-quality content for social media, website, and intranet.
- Manage social content calendar across various platforms.
- Implement and monitor campaigns, including sponsored ads on LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visual content and editorial materials.
- Assist Marketing Manager in PR/advertising activities and liaise with external agencies and media.
- Coordinate video content creation and maintain content library.
- Analyse digital data, conduct social media audits, and prepare analytics reports for insights and recommendations.
- Manage website optimization and keyword research for SEO.
- Identify brand promotion opportunities and support internal communications.
- Assist with market research, event organization, and provide support to senior leadership and stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to integrate content into the overall marketing strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, business, journalism, or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B settings.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and brand practices.
- Strong digital skills encompassing content creation, analytics, and strategy development.
- Demonstrated expertise in copywriting and creative campaign execution.
- Familiarity with Adobe Design Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Hootsuite, and AI marketing tools.
- Knowledge of WordPress, SEO management, professional photography/videography, and engineering/construction industry is advantageous.
- Full clean driving license required.
