Infrastructure Support 25K plus 1 month bonus

Job duties:

• Strong experience supporting Windows 7 and 10 workstations.
• Proficient in managing mobile solutions like MDM and MAM.
• Familiar with central management systems such as SCCM and EPO, plus some experience with Avaya PABX and MS Teams Room.
• Skilled in endpoint security and client software support, with knowledge of video conferencing and secure messaging tools

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in End User Services, with Banking or Financial Service experience is a plus
• Diploma/ High Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Certification in MCSE, CCNA, ITIL would be an advantage
• Experience in Inventory and Asset Management, Secure File Trasnsfer System, server and system softwar products
