Morgan McKinley are currently recruiting for a Temporary Finance Administrator to join an exciting finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous finance administration or accounts experience, with the potential for the position to become permanent.
As a Temporary Finance Administrator you will provide administrative support to the finance team, helping to clear an existing backlog of work ahead of year-end, whilst ensuring financial records and customer accounts are maintained accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
- Assist with clearing an administrative backlog ahead of year-end.
- Support the credit control function with day-to-day administration.
- Maintain and update customer account records.
- Assist with reviewing and reconciling account information.
- Process and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Respond to internal queries and provide general finance administration support.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
About You:
- Must be immediately available and able to start a new role in early November.
- Ideally based in Eastbourne or the surrounding areas.
- Previous experience in finance administration, accounts administration or credit control would be advantageous.
- Alternatively, you may be an AAT student, recent finance graduate or someone looking to secure their first opportunity within finance.
