Salary: £35k-£40k
Location: Office based in the Uckfield area, off-site parking available
Days / hours: Monday- Friday 9:00-5:30pm with 1h lunch
Events Operations Coordinator duties:
- Liaising with Clients: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring all requests are fulfilled
- Liaising with Venues: Coordinate with venues to confirm availability, event set-up, and ensure all event needs are met
- Checking Dietary Requirements: Manage guest dietary requirements, ensuring the catering is tailored and accurate.
- Drafting Menus: Work with clients and venues to draft and finalise customised menus for each event
- Attention to Detail: Oversee all aspects of event preparation, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
The ideal Events Operations Coordinator will have:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination preferred
