DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
- Collaborate with the CIO, COO, and suppliers to create a multi-year digital solutions roadmap supporting business objectives, including composable architecture and AI.
- Use software development experience to maintain and iterate the IT, Digital, and Data roadmap, delivering small change projects.
- Support the Marketing, Membership, and Data teams in analysing digital application performance to identify and implement new features (knowledge of Hotjar, GA4, and VWO is a plus).
- Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards through stakeholder engagement and management of the Digital Applications team and third-party suppliers.
- Maintain compliance with E-privacy and GDPR regulations for the website and digital applications.
- Develop and evaluate A/B and multivariate testing with the Marketing and Data teams to improve business performance.
- Assist the CIO and colleagues with day-to-day support requirements and issue resolution.
- Ensure best practice in software development, IT security, and business continuity, complying with regulatory standards and documenting business processes.
- Perform other day-to-day IT activities as assigned.
PROFILE
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Proven experience in leading/managing modern, complex digital architecture, ideally using composable architecture
- Expertise in digital strategy and delivery, including mobile/PWA applications
- Strong leadership and program management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities for collaboration within and outside the business
- Proficiency in VWO (or alternatives like Optimisely or AB Tasty) and data analytics (GA, Sitecore, Hotjar, SEMrush)
