Seeking a skilled and motivated Transformation Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving successful organisational change initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with the Transformation Change Lead to design and implement comprehensive change management strategies, frameworks, and plans that align with existing PMO processes.
- Develop and manage a communication strategy for our transformation program, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all levels of the organisation.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change journey, keeping them informed, consulted, and involved.
- Assess the organisation's readiness for change and recommend interventions to bolster preparedness. This may include conducting surveys and focus groups.
- Build and manage a network of Change Agents across the organisation, utilising coaching skills to empower individuals and teams through the change process.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments to understand the implications of proposed changes and proactively address potential challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear and effective communication materials, training programs, and support resources for staff.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives, providing regular progress reports and data-driven recommendations for improvement.
To be successful, you will possess:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant Social or Business Science field.
- 5+ years of experience in change management.
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing change management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Coaching certification
- Experience in the Association industry
- Project Management certifications (PMBOK, Prince2)
- ITIL Foundation Expertise
- UAT Testing Experience
- CIPD/CMI/IPM Certification
