You will work as part of the accounting team, furthering your experience in all areas of accounts preparation, P&L and Balance sheet workings, variance analysis, accruals, prepayments, bank and credit card reconciliations (but to name a few).
Your work is key in providing support on a number of company entities to the companies qualified accountants. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone keen to take the next steps in their accounting career.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supporting the accounting team with month end close; delivery of timely and accurate monthly and periodic management accounts and financial information for a number of entities.
- Maintain accurate schedules to document accruals and prepayments.
- Bank and credit card reconciliations for multi-currency accounts.
- Provision of margin and variance analysis and departmental Reporting.
- Responsibility for employee expense scheme and ensuring accurate allocation to appropriate overheads.
- Liaising with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure completeness and inclusion of all transactions in the Ledgers.
- Cash management and processing of domestic and international payments.
- Treasury Reporting.
- Supporting any trainees assigned to the area as you grow in your new role.
Person Specification & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years accounting experience
- IATI / Trainee Accountant studying or looking to progress with (ACCA,CIMA or ACA) desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change
- Experience with excel and other ERP systems
- Strong communication skills
- Inquisitive nature
- Ability to meet weekly and monthly deadlines
- Team player with excellent communication skills
