Trade Counter & Collections Representative

We are looking for a customer-focused Trade Counter & Collections Representative to join our busy team. You will be the face of our branch-serving trade customers, processing collections, handling stock, and providing dependable support across our counter and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet trade customers promptly and process counter sales and collections.

• Provide product guidance and identify opportunities to suggest relevant add-ons.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for customer collection and dispatch.

• Process sales, returns, and orders using our computer system (K8).

• Assist with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and keeping the counter and warehouse organized.

• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, retail, or trade counter experience.

• Experience in the heating, plumbing, or building supplies trade is a strong advantage.

• Comfortable with manual handling and working on your feet in a busy warehouse setting.

• Solid computer literacy (experience with Kerridge K8 or similar ERP software is a plus).

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

• Valid eligibility to work in Ireland permanently.

• Manual handling or forklift certification is a plus (training can be provided).
