Senior AI & Data Manager

My client is looking for a Senior AI & Data Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join their organisation in Dublin. This is a permanent role.

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven experience leading data management or data governance teams within Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data lineage, and data quality frameworks, including remediation processes.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. BCBS 239 / RDARR) and their impact on data lifecycle.
• Experience delivering large-scale, data-driven transformation programmes across risk, finance, or regulatory domains.
• Ability to work across business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into clear solutions.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience in Risk, Finance, or Regulatory domains.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement data management solutions aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse existing data processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee data governance, data quality, and data lineage to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Mentor and develop team members while driving continuous improvement in data practices.
