Are you a Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile product management and a passion for delivering results in a dynamic, high-performance environment? We are recruiting for a leading global organization seeking a Scrum Master to manage multiple technical projects and scrum teams. In this role, you'll drive Agile methodologies, facilitate sprint planning, and ensure the successful delivery of working software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and quarterly PI planning
- Manage sprint metrics and capacity planning
- Identify technical impediments and resolve issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Train and coach team members on Agile ceremonies and practices
- Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Scrum Coach in a technical setting
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Certified Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLCs
- Experience managing data warehouse and reporting projects, ideally within the financial services sector
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent daily rate on offer which ranges from €550 - €650 depending on experience.
