Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established hospitality venue in Dublin city centre. Our client, a prestigious 4-star hotel, is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join its commercial leadership team.
This is a strategic role focused on pricing strategy, revenue optimisation, forecasting, and inventory management across a busy, high-occupancy hotel operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximising revenue performance, analysing market trends, and driving commercial success in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage room rates, inventory, restrictions, and distribution channels to maximise revenue performance
- Implement and monitor revenue strategies across reservation and inventory systems
- Produce weekly, monthly, and long-range forecasts for occupancy, revenue, and demand
- Analyse trading performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Support budgeting and reporting processes
- Work closely with senior leadership and commercial teams to drive profitability
- Ensure pricing and sales strategies are effectively communicated and executed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a hotel Revenue Management role
- Strong knowledge of hotel PMS and revenue management systems such as Opera Cloud, SynXis and IdeaS or similar systems experience
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially focused with a results-driven approach
