We are partnering with a leading mid-tier law firm in Dublin currently seeking an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join their highly impressive property team. You will work directly alongside experienced Partners on a variety of commercial property matters in a dynamic, hybrid environment. The firm distinguishes itself through a culture that promotes a sustainable work-life balance, ensuring a supportive and manageable environment for all team members.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and ancillary occupancy documents.
- Conducting detailed title reviews and due diligence for property and finance projects.
- Providing property support for corporate transactions and refinancing.
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with a diverse commercial client base.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (Ireland or E&W) with 0-3 years PQE in Real Estate.
- Strong technical background in commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant law.
- Excellent drafting skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
