Project Manager

A leading biopharma manufacturing site is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support a large-scale capital project through commissioning and handover. This is a key onsite role working closely with senior project managers to ensure delivery of utilities and process systems in a high-compliance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of commissioning activities and project closeout
• Manage cashflow tracking, contractor coordination, and schedule adherence
• Liaise with cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, and operations
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with safety, regulatory, and engineering standards

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years' experience in a site-based project engineering or junior PM role
• Proven background in utilities, process systems, or manufacturing project delivery
• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced commissioning environment
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, especially in regulated sectors
• Experience with SAP, budgeting tools, or stage-gate methodology an advantage
