Company: Join a dynamic team at a leading organisation currently in the process of rolling out Microsoft Dynamics GP across multiple sites. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of this transformative system.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and the consulting team overseeing the Dynamics GP rollout.
- Utilise your expertise in system implementation, particularly with Dynamics GP, to facilitate seamless integration between finance departments and various sites.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation process, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal utilisation of the system.
- Assist in the migration to the cloud, ensuring that the system is being used effectively to record and analyse data.
- Define and document business processes, aligning them with system functionalities to enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with SMEs onsite, providing guidance to ensure the CFO's vision for the system is realised.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in system implementation, with a focus on Dynamics GP is must.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a comprehensive understanding of the Dynamics GP platform.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise between various stakeholders.
- Process-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for enhancing system capabilities.
