As part of its continued growth, the business is looking to appoint a Platform Applications Product Manager to join its expanding product function in Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Product Owner or Junior Product Manager looking to take the next step in their career, working within a modern, cloud-native SaaS environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with an established global product team, initially supporting the existing platform roadmap before progressively taking on greater product ownership and responsibility.
The Ideal Candidate...
We are particularly interested in speaking with ambitious Product Owners or Product Managers who have developed strong technical and commercial capabilities within financial services technology.
You may currently be working within a fintech, financial software provider or technology-led financial institution and be looking for an opportunity to take greater ownership of product strategy and development.
The position is based in Dublin and will involve occasional travel to the UK, typically around twice per month.
Key Responsibilities...
- Support the development and execution of the platform product roadmap, working closely with senior product leadership.
- Own and prioritise product backlogs, translating business opportunities into scalable platform capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, architecture and wider product teams to develop and enhance platform functionality.
- Engage directly with financial services clients, understanding their needs while proactively shaping product solutions.
- Support the development of core platform capabilities, including data management, reconciliation and integration.
- Contribute to continuous product improvement within a modern SaaS and CI/CD environment.
- Ensure product enhancements align with wider platform architecture, commercial objectives and client requirements.
Experience Required...
- Approximately 7-10 years' professional experience, including experience in Product Ownership or Product Management.
- Background within financial services, financial technology, banking, capital markets or asset servicing.
- Experience working with technology platforms, ideally within a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
- Strong understanding of product development, backlog management and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging directly with clients.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand the wider implications of product and architectural decisions.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach to product development, with the confidence to challenge ideas and influence direction.
