Implementation Project Manager - Governance / Outsourcing
Job Description
Reporting to Head of Third-Party Management team, assisting with responsibility for implementing the Third-Party Management governance framework, and supporting the Head of Controls in meeting their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities include the following:
- Supporting the implementation of a new operational model and associated outsourcing across the group.
- Assisting in mapping client services and processes to operational teams and gapping against existing approved outsourcing arrangements.
- Assist in the design and implementation of reporting dashboards for the new operational model, and particularly to assist in the development and production of outsourcing KPI reporting.
- Reviewing Third Party Risk Management policy and procedure and updating where required to comply with regulatory requirements and align with new operational and risk management processes.
- Assisting in the design and implement of enhancements to the TPRM governance framework, to include development of business continuity plans (including take back testing where relevant), disaster recovery plans and exit strategies, concentration risk and substance reviews
- Preparing reporting for Committees and Boards, as required.
- Where required, assist in onboarding new outsourcing arrangements, or services, to include performing due diligence and risk assessments, seeking all internal and external approvals, providing required regulatory notifications or obtaining regulatory consents, supporting the management of required client communications and documenting Outsourcing Arrangements in written contracts.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the group Third Party Management governance framework with respect to all third-party provider engagements to include outsourcing arrangements, ensure compliance with same across the organisation, and perform ongoing review of its effectiveness in identifying, reducing, controlling and reporting key TPM risks that impact clients and the business.
