Our global tech client is hiring in their social repsonsibility focused unit. This is an exciting opporutnity for someone who has 5+ years working in Non-Profit Organizations managing projects and programs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead global or regional, cross-functional program launches and implementations, focusing on using funding, innovation, and technical expertise to support underserved communities.
- Collaborate closely with global and local policy, PR, legal, and marketing teams, as well as external partners, nonprofits, and social enterprises to support program initiatives.
- Develop guidelines for grant-making to benefit social enterprises and businesses.
- Manage grants post-challenges in cooperation with donor-advised funds.
- Organize events, lead the selection process for winners, and conduct workshops with nonprofits and social enterprises.
Requirements:
- Experience working with a nonprofit or government organization, particularly in managing global volunteering initiatives and funding.
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks efficiently and deliver high-quality work promptly.
- Proven experience in collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent business judgment.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience working at or with nonprofits. Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams on a global scale.
