Key Responsibilities:

- Document business capabilities and map them to people, processes, information, and technologies.
- Define domain blueprints that illustrate the interconnectedness of the business and operating models.
- Create business models, roadmaps, and assess capability and process gaps between current and future states.
- Develop strategic deliverables such as business capability models, investment roadmaps, and "strategy on a page" frameworks.
- Collaborate with technical SMEs to advise on business solutions, weighing risks, benefits, and impacts.
- Lead business design activities from initial project scoping to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop ecosystem and business capability models to support agile teams in delivering continuous business value.

- Experience in consulting, architecture, or strategy, with knowledge across the change and delivery lifecycle.
- Expertise in business architecture, strategic planning, and design.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including facilitation, negotiation, and collaboration.
- Analytical and innovative, with the ability to balance short-term actions with long-term goals.
- Familiarity with both existing and emerging technologies and their impact on business operations.
