The success of the firm has enabled the growth of our many specialized practice areas, including Technology and Innovation. As such, they are seeking a Technology and Innovation Solicitor to join their expanding team.
This role can be based in either the Dublin OR Galway. Hybrid working available also.
The Role:
- Proficient in drafting and advising on commercial contracts.
- Well-versed in data protection law, including data protection policies, data subjects' rights, direct marketing, and ePrivacy compliance.
- Experienced in conducting IP and data protection due diligence reviews.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Keen interest in AI and digital regulation.
- Demonstrates sound commercial judgment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of direct client interaction.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
