Overall Purpose :
My client is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team Dublin. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes within a regulated setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with GMP regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with GMP standards.
- Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and transfer to manufacturing.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and reliability.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, applying lean manufacturing principles.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering- Manufacturing, Mechanical, Biomedical, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards relevant to medical devices.
