Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate project team meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, executives, and team members.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address their concerns proactively.
- Resource Allocation:
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success, considering factors such as budget, timeline, and skill requirements.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the defined standards.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and address quality issues.
- Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimise their impact on project outcomes.
- Change Management:
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget effectively, ensuring that they are communicated and implemented smoothly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
