IP and Technology (IPT), Associate - Senior Associate

We are partnering with a global market-leading law firm in Dublin seeking an experienced Intellectual Property and Technology (IPT) Associate/Senior Associate to join their high-calibre team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Advise multi-national corporations on complex IP and technology matters.
• Manage high-quality contract negotiations and strategic agreements.
• Support disputes and contentious matters related to IPT.
• Provide regulatory advice on Data Protection, Privacy and Cybersecurity matters.

Job Requirements

• 2-6 years PQE of relevant IPT experience.
• Proven track record working independently on high-value IPT matters.
• Strong background in commercial IP, technology, data regulatory matters, or disputes.
