This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing solicitor who is seeking an in-house role in a large and well-known Irish organisation.
This position is a 12 month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling commercial conveyancing, property, energy, and land-related transactions, as well as providing general legal services to support and implement the Land Solutions strategy.
Duties include:
- Process property acquisitions, sales and transfers of land and property transactions.
- Provide advice on legal matters to teams across the wider organisation.
- Prepare transactional documents such as contracts, options, leases, easements, licences and closing documentation.
- Advise on a full range of commercial, property title and conveyancing issues from inception to closing.
- Ensure compliance in the organisation.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years PQE as a solicitor in either a general practice or large commercial law firm
- Relevant experience in property and conveyancing
- Experience in commercial and energy matters preferable, but not mandatory
Package:
- The salary for this role is approximately €60-70k.
