About the Role
Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading insurance provider to hire a Client Advisor for their Household Team within the Personal Lines Division.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a relaxed, experienced, and supportive team that values professionalism, autonomy, and trust. It's not a call centre environment - the majority of the work is inbound, focused on providing quality service and expert advice to existing clients.
You'll be based in modern offices in central Dublin, working 2 days per week on-site as part of a flexible hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and emails from existing household insurance customers.

Process renewals and mid-term adjustments efficiently and accurately.

Make outbound calls to secure renewals and generate leads from existing clients.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Support team members with administrative and service tasks when required.

Maintain awareness of market trends and regulatory developments relevant to your role.
What We're Looking For

A Personal General APA qualification (essential).

Some home insurance experience within personal lines.

Experience with Applied Relay (desirable).

A positive, approachable attitude with strong communication skills.

Organised, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

Understanding of the compliance and risk environment within financial services.
