Position: Site Manager or Finishing Foreman
Location: Dublin
Salary: €60-65K + Vehicle
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman, or site manager to oversee the completion stages of multiple construction projects across Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate finishing works on multiple sites, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Manage and lead a team of skilled tradespeople, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and safety documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman, Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various sites across Dublin.
