Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of Irish employment law.
• Oversee the employment law aspects of corporate transactions and offer guidance on commercial matters, particularly concerning agency and outsourcing contracts.
• Manage employment-related litigation before both the WRC and civil courts.
• Advise clients on strategic HR issues, including absence and performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, complaints of bullying and harassment, restructuring, redundancies, and dismissals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to client growth and development.
• Lead, mentor, and manage associates and other team members, ensuring their growth and success.
