We are working with a growing Irish company who are looking for a Strategic and commercially minded Director of Services & Operations to join their Senior Leadership team and lead a multi-site clinical and operational service. This is a pivotal role with full accountability for operational performance, service delivery, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial outcomes across a national clinic network. The successful candidate will shape and execute operational strategy, lead high-performing teams, optimise processes, and drive efficiency, quality, and growth in a complex regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver operational strategy aligned to business objectives.
  
  
• Ensure clinics are well-led, efficient, compliant, and commercially successful.
  
  
• Drive service excellence, quality standards, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
  
  
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary operational and administrative teams.
  
  
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  
  
• Manage risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  
  
• Build strong relationships with key service providers and partners.
  
  
• Lead IT strategy and technology integration to support scale, innovation, and efficiency.
  
  

About You

• Proven senior operational leadership experience (Director-level or equivalent).
  
  
• Strong background in running clinics in healthcare, occupational health, or a regulated service environment.
  
  
• Commercially astute with a track record of improving performance and efficiency.
  
  
• Confident leading large, cross-functional teams.
  
  
• Experience in compliance, governance, and quality assurance.
