Our non-for-profit client, who specialise in providing affordable housing and care services to people in need, are looking for a Director of Finance & Corporate Services.
This role is critical for ensuring the long-term financial sustainability and strategic growth of the organization, focusing on housing and care solutions. The Director will lead financial operations, corporate finance, and governance while contributing to strategic planning and development initiatives.
With offices based in Dublin 9, they are operating with a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and reporting, ensuring sustainability through strategic business planning.
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining strong financial controls.
- Manage corporate finance, treasury, and loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with lending covenants.
- Develop procurement strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving efficiencies.
- Ensure risk management, governance, and data protection standards across the organization.
- Lead IT strategy and infrastructure to support organizational goals.
- Provide leadership, manage teams, and promote a culture of excellence aligned with organizational values.
Essential Qualifications:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 10+ years of experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a senior finance role, leading teams and developing finance strategies.
- Strong experience in financial control, budget management, and corporate finance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability in process improvement, change management, and managing significant budgets.
