Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across internal systems
- Ensure all communication and data handling aligns with GDPR standards
- Stay current on internal processes and engage in regular training
- Provide consistently excellent customer experiences in every interaction
