JOB DESCRIPTION:
Deliver full pieces of an analysis that is integrated into an overarching analytical outcome (e.g., research, experimental design using analytical tools to test hypotheses and draw conclusions, storytelling and consulting to business leaders to drive action, and designing data strategies for reporting and dashboards).
Translate and refine business questions into tractable analysis and evaluation metrics.
Plan and execute prioritised work including selecting appropriate methods to most effectively achieve analysis objectives.
Develop roadmap, and track action plans and risk and issue logs to keep the analysis on track.
Solve data-related questions based on information gathered on the business domain for effective decision-making.
Challenge
Identify and recommend creative ways to improve solutions to defined problems via selection of better analytical methods and tools.
Apply proficient analytical, problem-solving, and research skills to provide market driven insights that have a moderate impact on business performance.
Address commonly escalated issues and triage when required.

Responsibilities:
Design and build business strategy
Execute tasks for implementing various internal and external integrations between business objectives and designing and building strategies that support these business systems.
Evaluate new market and product opportunities
Help drive the development of company-wide opportunities such as evaluating new market and product opportunities to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Influence decisions through data analysis (Business Data Analysis)
Conduct and review data-oriented analysis, architect metrics, synthesise information, solve problems, and influence business decision-making.
Optimise business performance
Conduct strategic analysis, identifying, evaluating, and recommending ways to optimise business performance and deliver best-in-class execution within relevant PA, function, or sub-function with minimal guidance.
Support ad-hoc strategic support requests (Business analysis)
Execute tasks for general support and analyses to our client's leaders for ad-hoc data requests.
Skills & Experience:
Business operations knowledge
Knowledge of the management process of business operations for a given product, service, or domain. This includes understanding the broader context of generating, securing, and increasing the value of business and revenue outcomes, and knowledge of and experience with driving efficiency and effectiveness of businesses.
