Corporate Solicitor

The Role:

Our client (a highly regarded commercial law firm) are looking to expand their team and are keen to speak with lawyers who have experience in M&A, Private Equity and/or Equity Capital Markets work.

The successful candidate will also have experience working both independantly and as part of a team on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions.

You will also assist with leading and developing more junior members of the team and contribute to the excellent cultural and diverse working environment.

Who will you be?

• 1+ years' PQE as a qualified solicitor in a corporate environment
• A minimum of a 2:1 degree
• Have the ability to actively support the management of complex transactions
• Possess strong team skills
• Be able to demonstrate that you can meet the demands of top-flight clients on challenging and rewarding deals.
• Have excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
• Be calm and collective in problem-solving;
• Have a flexible and positive attitude towards work
