Consulting Director

Excited to partner with a boutique consulting as they look to bring on a commercially focused Consulting Director to the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurially minded management consulting who has proven experience across strategy, transformation, digital, organisational effectiveness. Dynamic role where you'll wear multiple hats: trusted advisor to clients, mentor to our team, business builder, and thought leader.

In this role you will genuinely get the opportunity to influence the direction of the firm, grow your own book of business - while working alongside a global team.

Key criteria:

• Minimum 10 years experience in consulting or a blend of consulting & industry, ideally financial services, however open to other industries.
• Strong commercial drive: Proven experience wining work and growing accounts.
• Leadership: Both people & client leadership
• Education: MBA ideally or similar an advantage
